What to bring on your Alaska Bear Hunt

Here's a preliminary list of things to bring. After you've booked your trip a more extensive list tailored to your trip will be provided.

  • Good quality sleeping bag
  • Warm sweater, hunting jacket, hat, long underwear, socks, gloves
  • Leather hunting boots.
  • Rubber boots sized to allow for double socks.
  • Shoes for camp.
  • Personal gear, clothes, medications, camera/film, reading material, sunglasses
  • Any special dietary food/items
  • Sheath knife
  • Binoculars
  • Rifle & ammo
  • Compass & matches
  • Duffle for hides - extra large
